Berrak says maybe it will not be forgotten, but Zeynep says she does not care because she knows herself and trusts herself. She tells Berrak that her entire life is a lie and that her life is evil. She tells Berrak that Kader has not complained about her for even a single day, but the tears she shed will eventually ruin Berrak's life. Zeynep also reminds her that the baby in her womb will soon be born and Serhat will take the child from her. She wonders what Berrak will do then and says she is curious to see how she will make people pity her. Berrak tells Zeynep that Serhat will never be able to love anyone after her and orders her to get that through her head. She insists Zeynep will never become the lady of the house she was sent into. Zeynep replies that if she wanted to, she could be the lady of the house. When Berrak asks what she means, Zeynep simply tells her to figure it out herself.
⚘️ Tibet tells Aksel that he is sending him to England so he can receive a better education and insists it has nothing to do with the secret. Aksel asks his father why he is keeping the secret and says he will go to England, but before leaving he intends to tell Serhat the truth. Tibet immediately calls Cihan and tells him that Aksel has figured out why he is being sent to England and is furious. He stells Cihan that Aksel intends to speak to Serhat and warns him not to allow his son to talk to anyone until he arrives. Cihan agrees and leaves his office. The man Ebru is supposed to check into the hotel arrives. He presents his passport and Ebru begins the registration process. Can is informed that a man who entered the hotel is on the police wanted list and that the police are on their way. Sevim tells Zeynep that she understands her intentions and believes that at first she was only in the house because of Kader, but now she is settling in and becoming comfortable there. Zeynep apologizes but asks whether Sevim really understands anything at all. Zeynep points out that her daughter-in-law of many years turned out to be a skilled liar and yet she never realized that her own biological child was responsible for violence or even understood her grandchildren's feelings. Sevim asks whether Zeynep is slowly getting inside Serhat's head and planning to become the lady of the house. Zeynep interrupts her and tells her enough with the "lady of the house" talk, insisting that this is not her intention. Sevim says it will not happen anyway because Serhat would never marry someone like her. Aksel goes to the hotel to speak with Serhat. At the same time, Cihan calls Ebru and tells her not to check the wanted man into the hotel. Ebru agrees. Cihan then calls Tibet and tells him that they have made a huge mistake because the security guards discovered that the man is wanted by the police. The man asks Ebru whether something is wrong. Can arrives and calmly tells him that there is unfortunately an issue with the hotel's registration system, which is preventing them from registering him at that moment. Can asks him to wait in the restaurant and promises to personally inform him once the problem is resolved. The man agrees and carries his bag into the restaurant.
⚘️ Nonetheless, Can tells Ebru to remain calm and assures her that there is no problem, then instructs the staff to keep an eye on the man and inform him immediately if he tries to leave.The man realizes that someone is watching him and pulls out a gun. Meanwhile, Aksel tells Serhat that he has something important to tell him. Suddenly, the police arrive at the hotel. The wanted man fires a bullet into the air and takes Ebru hostage. He then fires at one of the police officers. Serhat tries to protect Ebru, but the man points the gun at him. Serhat urges him to remain calm.
Can calls Zeynep and tells her to contact the school immediately and have Hayal and Ilkim sent home. He warns her to make sure they do not watch the news because a man with a gun has taken people in the hotel café hostage. He tells her that Azra, Serhat and Ebru are all inside the hotel. The army arrives at the scene as the situation escalates. Ebru attempts to get away from the man, but he fires another bullet into the air. Zeynep arrives at the hotel and asks what is happening. While the man is distracted, Serhat uses a knife to injure his leg, giving Ebru an opportunity to escape. Ebru warns Serhat to be careful as he tries to take the gun away from the man. Suddenly, another gunshot rings out. Zeynep, Cihan and Can hear the shot from outside and wonder who has been shor. Zeynep desperately shouts Ebru and Serhat's names, but Can tries to stop her from rushing into the scene. Back to the scene, the person who was shot turns out to be Aksel. Serhat manages to get the gun away from the man, punches him, and immediately goes to check on Aksel. He tells someone to call a doctor quickly. However, the man manages to get hold of his gun again and points it at Serhat while he is not looking. Ebru calls out Serhat's name, alerting him. Before the man can shoot Serhat, an officer shoots him. Serhat calls for the paramedics. They arrive, and Aksel is rushed into the ambulance. When Ebru gets out, Zeynep is relieved to see her and asks if she is okay. Ebru admits that she was scared.Azra then comes out. Cihan immediately rushes over to hug her, calling her "darling" and asking if she is okay. Seeing Cihan's reaction makes Ebru furious. Zeynep asks Ebru where Serhat is. She then sees Serhat and is relieved that he is okay, admitting that she was terrified something bad had happened to him. Meanwhile, Aksel is rushed to the hospital. Tibet looks at Serhat and Cihan with rage before leaving.
⚘️ One Week Later
Zeynep sees on social media that the emotional moments following the hotel incident have become a major topic of discussion, with Serhat and the mysterious woman beside him attracting a great deal of curiosity. Serhat greets her good morning, and Zeynep responds with a surprised “whoa.” He remembers how she used to give the girls a hard time whenever they failed to greet people in the morning. Zeynep tells him that they are trending on social media. Serhat already knows about it. Zeynep cannot understand how the media could turn the incident into a story when a child died there, yet they took their picture and made it news. Serhat welcomes her to his world. Zeynep worries that her parents will be upset if they see her pictures because everything she has been telling them lately has only caused more disappointment and anger. Serhat tells her that the best response to this kind of news is to ignore it. Zeynep leaves because she wants to see Kader. Serhat reminds her that his lawyer called and that social services will be coming that day. He says they should be finished before his daughters arrive and reminds Zeynep that when the officials come, they have to act like a loving couple. Before the girls see the news themselves, Serhat explains to Hayal and Ilkim that pictures of him and Zeynep have appeared in the media. Hayal suggests that she and Ilkim leave school early, go to the florist, buy flowers for Aksel and leave them on his desk. Serhat thinks it is a good idea. Ilkim admits that she had been annoyed with Aksel and wishes he were alive so she could annoy him again, especially because the last time they spoke she called him stupid and an idiot. She also remembers that Aksel told her that things were not what they appeared to be on social media. Serhat remembers that Aksel had been trying to tell him something before the shooting.
⚘️ Cihan tells Azra that he was terrified something might happen to her during the hotel incident and says he could tell her a million times how precious she is to him, yet she still does not understand. Azra sarcastically replies that if she dies, there will be nobody left for him to torture and turn their lives into hell. Cihan asks her not to talk like that, but Azra says it is true because he treats her like a toy doll and plays with her whenever he wants. She tells him that this is why he will not go to Ebru—because he cannot control her the way he controls her. Cihan rests his head on Azra's legs and asks why she never loved him, saying that if she had, things could have been different between them. Azra tells him that she never loved him and never will, and says she wishes she had died instead of Aksel so she could finally be free of him. Cihan tells her to get ready because he intends to take such good care of both of them that they can live together for another hundred years. Zeynep visits Kader and brings her a necklace. She explains that it is not an ordinary necklace and opens it to reveal a picture of herself and Kader inside. She places it around Kader's neck. Zeynep immediately confronts a woman, demanding to know how they can treat children that way, but Kader clarifies that the woman is not the person who hurt Pelin. Zeynep apologizes, and the head of the center tells her that they have already cut ties with the staff member responsible. Zeynep is relieved to hear that. Refika sees the social media news and is devastated.

Zeynep asks Ebru to send her pictures from the wedding. Zeynep is then informed that Meric, Aksel's close friend, is in a terrible state and has become very withdrawn. Zeynep says she will deal with it and thanks her.Sedef asks Serhat whether they are going to make a statement to the press about everything circulating on social media. Serhat says no. Sedef suggests that he should at least say that Zeynep is the children's nanny. Serhat immediately corrects her, saying Zeynep is not a nanny but a teacher. Sedef says that when news of his divorce from Berrak becomes public, things will become even messier because he will become Istanbul's most sought-after bachelor. She jokingly offers to stop the story before it starts and announce that his heart is already close to love and that he even rejected her. Serhat tells her that if she wants to do that to herself, he will not stop her. Sedef admits that she was joking. Can informs Serhat that Tibet is at the hotel with two men as reporters are still outside the hotel. Can acknowledges that he has not called security yet because he wants to avoid another scandal and tells Serhat that Tibet is at the restaurant. Serhat goes to meet him and tells Tibet that he can ask whatever he wants to know. Tibet asks where exactly his son died. Serhat shows him the exact location, explaining that he stayed beside Aksel until the boy lost consciousness. Tibet is devastated because he could not say goodbye to his son. He tells Serhat that the pain he felt when he discovered Berrak had cheated on him is nothing compared with the pain of a father burying his child, something that cannot be described with words. Serhat says he does not even want to imagine such pain and offers his condolences. Tibet tells Serhat that he attacked the man at the hotel and that this was why he used the gun. Serhat tells him that he is not responsible for Aksel's death as he can hate him as much as he wants, but he will not take the blame. Serhat also reveals that Aksel was trying to tell him something before he was shot. Tibet says they will never know what it was and leaves.
Refika asks Mustafa to cover the flowers so they do not get damaged during the night. Mustafa says he will get a tarp from inside. Refika says she will not sleep because she intends to watch the flowers from the window until morning as they spent all their money on the flowers and need to deliver them safely. Berrak overhears the conversation and looks at them with rage. Sevim shows Azra what is trending on social media. When she sees Zeynep arriving, Sevim immediately confronts her. Azra asks her to calm down because none of it is Zeynep's fault. Sevim tells Zeynep that pictures of her with Serhat are all over the news and asks whether she called the journalists herself. Zeynep sarcastically congratulates Sevim for figuring it out so quickly, saying perhaps she also called the person who attacked them and arranged for the pictures to appear in the news. Zeynep asks Sevim whether she can hear herself and whether she really thinks she would do such a thing when she is the person most bothered by the news. Sevim insists that Zeynep wants to make her son dependent on her. Zeynep says she does not want anyone to be dependent on her. Azra asks Sevim to calm down because what she is saying makes no sense. Serhat arrives and asks what is happening. Azra explains the situation. Sevim asks Serhat whether he has sent a denial to the newspapers. Serhat says there is no need to make a statement. Azra and Sevim leave.The social services officials arrive at the house. Serhat welcomes them inside. Sevim wonders why social services are there and concludes that Serhat must be planning to adopt Kader. Berrak calls Tülay. Erkan answers the phone at her request. Berrak tells him to bring her a can of gasoline. The social services official explains to Serhat and Zeynep that according to their records they got married the day before submitting their adoption application. Serhat says that once they realized they had feelings for each other, they felt there was no reason to wait because they did not want to postpone their happiness. He describes Zeynep as self-sacrificing, honest and loving, saying she is willing to care for a child she did not give birth to and that he is very lucky she gave him such a precious heart. Zeynep responds by saying that Serhat carries the weight of the world on his shoulders but never complains, even for a day. She calls him the best father she knows after her own father, of course.
Sedef sees Ömer and asks whether he came to see Can. Ömer admits that he has something for Can. Sedef goes to call Can. Ömer gives Can money and says he will slowly repay all the money HE sent his family. Can asks whether he is studying and offers him a job at the hotel on weekends. He tells Ömer that they can deduct half of his salary toward the money he owes so that he can repay the debt faster. Ömer initially says he will not work under his orders, but Can reminds him that Serhat his brother is his actual boss. Can tells him that he wants his money back and that is why he is making the offer. Ömer accepts, and Can gives him his phone so he can enter his number. After Ömer leaves, Sedef asks Can why he is helping someone he supposedly hates. Can explains that growing up without a father is extremely difficult and that only people who have lived through that situation can truly understand it.The social services officials leave. Zeynep tells Serhat that they need to find a way to tell the girls about their marriage. Serhat says he has a father-daughter day planned for the weekend and will tell them then. Sevim asks Serhat why the social services officials came to the house. Serhat asks whether she is going to keep questioning him as though he is a child. Sevim says she will if he keeps doing stupid things. She asks whether he is planning to adopt Kader, the child Berrak had with another man. Serhat warns his mother not to take the matter any further. Sevim says she cannot accept him disregarding Hayal and Ilkim's interests out of mercy and asks why Kader should share his daughters' fortune. Zeynep tells Sevim that she will take care of Kader and that Kader will not receive a single penny from Hayal and Ilkim's money. Serhat warns his mother not to say another word about it. Sevim tells him to watch his step.Cihan tells Ebru that he wants to take her somewhere and assures her that she will not regret it. Ebru agrees and gets into his car.
Meanwhile, Tülay tells Berrak that she will gain nothing by burning Refika's flowers. Berrak finally reveals that she lost her baby. Tülay is shocked and says that she is already going through so much. Berrak says she wishes she had miscarried when Refika pushed her. Tülay is stunned. Berrak explains that she did not lose the baby then, but she will lose the baby because of Zeynep. Tülay thinks it is going too far to provoke Zeynep like that.Cihan takes Ebru to a house and gives her flowers. Ebru asks whether he really thinks he can fool her with flowers, reminding him that her mother is a florist. She asks whether the house is private. Cihan explains that after marrying Azra, there has been no other woman in his life except Ebru. He gives her a document and explains that it is a rental agreement. He tells her that he rented the house twenty days earlier so they could spend more time together, watch movies, eat together and live their lives to the fullest. Cihan insists that he rented it before the unfortunate hotel incident and not because he was afraid Ebru would tell Serhat everything. Ebru asks why he is doing this to them when he loves his wife. Cihan insists that he does not love Azra and explains that in all the chaos at the hotel, he had to hug Azra because he was trying to protect her. He tells Ebru that he wants to be with her and hands her the keys. Ebru says he should think that she accepted because she took the keys, but she will think about it. Can watches the recording of Ebru attending to the customer at the hotel. After reviewing it, he tells the staff not to tell anyone about it until he speaks with Serhat. Serhat remembers Aksel being shot. Can calls him and reveals that the man who died in the confrontation was not the first case as there have been unauthorized entries into the hotel before, and Ebru appears to be involved. Serhat asks whether Can is certain. Can says he is and explains that they have camera recordings proving it. He asks whether he should send them. Serhat says there is no need and tells Can that they will discuss everything at the hotel.
Berrak watches Zeynep's house from a distance, holding a bottle of gasoline in her hand. She waits for the right opportunity to carry out her revenge. Meanwhile, Refika comes outside to check on the flowers, carrying a pot of food in her hand. Arif and Ebru notice how often she has been checking on them and think she is becoming obsessed with the flowers. Refika agrees, saying she will keep opening the door to check on them until morning. Arif thinks she is taking things too far. Refika asks Ebru to pour the soup. Ebru asks her mother to help her with her phone because her friend Aycan was supposed to send her a discount code. Refika says that Ebru and her friends are shopaholics. She takes Ebru's phone from her bag. Aycan calls, but Refika hangs up. Ebru says she will call her back after dinner. Refika notices a bunch of keys inside Ebru's bag and asks what they are for. Ebru explains that a friend from the hotel is going out of town and has cats that need looking after, so she will be taking care of them. Outside, Berrak tries to pour gasoline over the flowers, but Refika suddenly comes outside, forcing Berrak to hide. Refika eventually goes back inside to eat. Berrak sees her opportunity and pours gasoline over the flowers. She lights them on fire and watches with a satisfied smile before walking away. While they are having dinner, Refika notices the flames outside. She rushes out and discovers that the flowers are burning. Arif and Ebru do everything they can to put out the fire, but it is already too late. The flowers have been completely destroyed. Refika is devastated.
Mustafa asks Azra whether she is only playing with him because Ebru already gave her the flash drive, yet she is still with Cihan. Azra admits that Cihan switched the flash drive. Mustafa reminds her that Zeynep saw her kissing her husband and asks whether Cihan forced her to do that too. Azra tells him that if he doubts her despite everything she has told him, then she has nothing more to say. He can believe whatever he wants. Mustafa finally admits that Zeynep was right as he believes Azra does not really want to get rid of Cihan and is simply looking for excitement in her life. Azra asks whether that is how he sees her. She tells him that if that is what he believes, then fine, and walks away. Mustafa sees Cihan's car approaching from a distance and hides so he won't see him. Cihan sees Azra heading toward the house and also notices the truck Mustafa uses passing by. Zeynep receives a phone call from Berrak. She wonders why Berrak is calling and answers. Berrak tells her that her mother's flowers have been burned and says she should not bother looking for the person responsible because she was the one who did it. Zeynep asks what she is talking about. Berrak tells her to call her mother and ask her if she wants to know the truth, then hangs up. Zeynep immediately calls her mother, but Ebru answers. Refika asks Zeynep if she called because she somehow sensed what happened. Through her tears, Refika tells her that the flowers have been burned. Ebru assures Zeynep that everyone is fine and the fire has been put out, but the flowers are gone. Zeynep tells them that Berrak called her and confessed to burning the flowers. Refika wants to tear Berrak apart and says nobody will stop her this time. Zeynep tells her mother not to do anything because Berrak is pregnant and the baby could be harmed. Zeynep says she will go to Berrak and make her confess what she did, and then she will report her to the police. Can reminds Serhat about the investigation he asked him to conduct. Serhat had asked him to compare all the customers who entered the hotel with the records sent to the police. Can explains that one particular man had checked into the hotel but had not been reported to the police. He therefore asked Mr. Necip to investigate the man's identity through his police connections. Can tells Serhat that when the man checked out of the hotel, he became involved in a major gang fight. He shows Serhat the news report and reveals that Ebru was the person who registered the man at the hotel. They also confirmed it through the camera footage.Serhat believes Ebru could not have made contact with the man on her own. Can agrees, saying she is probably only a pawn. Serhat says she is a pawn that Cihan used, which explains why he tried to get Ebru to stay at the hotel. Can reminds him that the former receptionist at the Antalya hotel also gave Cihan's name. Serhat admits that he cannot believe it because his mind cannot accept such a betrayal. Can asks whether they are going to confront Cihan. Serhat says he needs to confirm something first. He still has a small shred of doubt, and once that doubt is gone, he will confront him.
Zeynep arrives at Berrak's house. Berrak tells her she is late and says she thought she would fly over there after hearing what happened. She tells Zeynep that after moving into her neighborhood, she finally understood everything as she has been looking for a way out of her miserable life, and Kader was her ticket to salvation. Zeynep reminds her that she is the one who uses children, not her. Zeynep admits that she wanted to give Kader something she could not give her—love. Berrak calls her a liar and accuses her of wanting to take her place as she took Serhat, Kader and everything else from her. Berrak adds that if Zeynep threw trash onto the ground, she would take that too because everything now belongs to her. Zeynep calls her trash.Berrak asks Zeynep whether she slept with Serhat while she was away. Zeynep raises her hand as though she is about to hit her, but stops herself. She warns Berrak to watch her mouth. Berrak continues provoking her. Zeynep then reveals that she recorded their entire conversation. She tells Berrak that she will be at the police station before morning and that Berrak will never bother her family again. Zeynep leaves. Berrak asks where she is going and calls her a coward. Tülay tells Berrak that if she had been in Zeynep's position after being insulted like that, she would have attacked her. Berrak challenges Tülay to hit her and continues provoking her.Tülay accidentally pushes Berrak. Berrak falls and hits her head on the table. Tülay says she only pushed her to protect herself and asks whether she is okay.Berrak looks at her and tells her, “Great job.”

Berrak calls Serhat to inform him that she is at the hospital. Cihan puts headphones on Azra while she is sleeping and plays an alarm sound to wake her up. He asks her how many times she has met Mustafa and whether they kissed or he touched her. Azra insists that nothing happened between them. Cihan admits that he saw her returning from meeting Mustafa and tells her that every time she falls asleep until morning, he will play the alarm and ask her the same questions as he wants to see if she gives the same answers every time. He warns her that if he discovers she is meeting Mustafa again, he will take his anger out on him. Berrak tells Serhat that their baby is dead. The doctor explains that they have to deliver the baby and will begin preparations. Berrak blames Zeynep, claiming that she suddenly attacked her, causing her to fall and hit her head on the table. She says there were witnesses who saw Zeynep entering her house. Berrak asks Serhat to stay with her during the delivery for the sake of the years they spent together, but he eaves the room. Zeynep calls Serhat and says they need to talk urgently. When he arrives, she tells him that Berrak is completely out of control and has burned her mother's flowers. Serhat tells her that the baby is dead. Zeynep is shocked and expresses her condolences.
Hayal and Ilkim arrive and accuse Zeynep of beating their mother and killing their sibling. Zeynep insists that she never touched Berrak. Serhat immediately tells the girls that Zeynep does not need to explain herself because he believes her. Ilkim says their mother sent them a photo. Zeynep explains that the last time she saw Berrak she was fine and swears that she did not beat her. She admits that thier mum provoked her, but because she was pregnant, she walked away. Serhat tells the girls that this is another one of their mother's lies and that he will not allow them to blame or mistreat Zeynep. Zeynep thanks Serhat for believing her, but he tells her there is no need to thank him.
The next morning, Zeynep tells Serhat that she has decided not to report Berrak because things are already difficult between her and the girls. Serhat says she can report Berrak if she wants and he will speak with his lawyer, but Zeynep insists on her decision. Arif warns Berrak not to interfere with his family anymore because it will not end well. Berrak apologizes, saying that he and his wife did not deserve what happened to them. However, she warns him that even if she does nothing, his daughters will bring trouble because one of them is with Serhat and the other is with Cihan.
Azra sleeps in the living room while holding a cup of coffee when Sevim calls for her. Startled, Azra spills the coffee on her hand. Sevim quickly gets water to cool the burn and asks Azra why she is crying. Azra goes to her room, grabs her phone and searches for Mustafa's contact. When he answers, Azra tells him that she feels terrible and needs him to tell her that everything will be okay. Mustafa tells her that nothing will change until she does something because she will keep going through the same situation over and over again. He admits that he cannot keep consoling her. Ebru meets Cihan at the house he rented for them. She explains that she told her mother she was going to look after her friend's cat because she needed an excuse to leave home, as her mother has been watching her closely. Ebru says she does not want them to leave the house because, for the first time, she has a place that feels like her own. Cihan tells her that the house is hers. Ebru suggests watching a movie and ordering pizza. Cihan agrees but asks her to tell him that she loves him. She says it, and he asks her to repeat it. Ebru does, while Cihan secretly thinks about Azra. He tells Ebru that all he needs is for her to love him.
Sevim calls Cihan and asks if he fought with Azra because she is behaving strangely. She tells him that Azra seems to be having a nervous breakdown and that she does not understand what is happening between them despite them living in the same house. Cihan says he will be right there. He tells Ebru that he has to leave because Azra must have sensed that he was with her and had a nervous breakdown. He promises they will watch the movie another day and that he will make it up to her. Tibet visits Zeynep at her office. She offers him her condolences over Aksel's death. Tibet thanks her and says that Kader is now his only child left. Zeynep tells him not to worry about Kader because she will be taking care of her soon. Tibet says he cannot leave Kader now that Aksel is gone. Zeynep asks where he was when social services took Kader away. Tibet says he knows that shecares about Kader and wants her to come and stay with him, otherwise she will have to leave Kader. Zeynep reminds him that the last time they spoke, he said he would not be a father to Berrak's child and would send Kader to boarding school. Tibet says he needs a lifeline and cannot understand why she is making such a big deal about Kader staying with him. Zeynep asks him to leave her office.
Serhat goes to speak with the former receptionist at the Antalya hotel in prison. Remembering the man's previous confession about Cihan being the mastermind, Serhat offers to give his family money so they can be comfortable. He tells the man that he does not have to say anything and only needs to nod his head. Serhat asks if the person who ordered him to bring illegal immigrants to the hotel was his brother Cihan. The man confirms that it was Cihan Tecer. Serhat says he knew it and leaves, seemingly ready to confront his brother. Sedef learns from a reporter that Serhat and Zeynep are married. The reporter says her source at the registry office confirmed it and shows Sedef a photograph as proof. Sedef says she needs to make a phone call and will be back. She goes to the restroom and breaks down, tearing the place apart in devastation. When she returns, she tells the reporter that if she wants to make the story more interesting, she should call Berrak because she must have plenty of stories to tell. She gives her Berrak's number, telling her not to say where she got it.
Azra tells Cihan that she is not okay. Cihan tells her to pull herself together because she made his mother very anxious. Azra says his mother should be anxious because she lives in the same house with a maniac. Cihan takes her to the thinking room and tells her to pull herself together. At school, Serhat tells Zeynep that he came to pick up both her and the girls. He also has some news for her, and this time it is good news: he spoke to his lawyer, and they will be getting Kader on Monday. Zeynep is thrilled and hugs him. However, Berrak arrives in her car and sees them from afar. When Berrak sees the girls, she gets out of the car. Serhat tells his daughters that they are going to eat together so they can listen to each other calmly and talk things through. Ilkim asks if Sister Zeynep will be coming, and Serhat says that he meant everyone. Before they can leave, Berrak claps her hands and congratulates Zeynep, saying she heard the news. Berrak asks Serhat if he invited the girls to the wedding. She tells them that their father married Zeynep and, if she had not thought about their feelings and told them herself, they would have found out from the press the following day. She shows them the wedding photo.
Serhat tries to explain that it is not what they think. He says they had to be married on paper in order to take Kader from social services. Zeynep also assures the girls that there is nothing between her and their father. Serhat asks his daughters to talk to them, but they refuse and leave with Berrak. Berrak asks Serhat how painful it must be to have his own children turn their backs on him before walking away. Zeynep says she will talk to the girls because they are being unfair to him. Serhat asks her to wait, saying that he is tired. Arif asks Ebru what her connection to Cihan is. Ebru says Cihan is one of her bosses and does not understand why he is asking. Arif says Berrak told him about it and wonders why she is spreading such things. Ebru thinks Berrak is trying to turn them against each other. Refika asks Arif why he is listening to Berrak. He admits that when Berrak said his daughters would cause him pain, he could not stop thinking about it and it ruined his whole day. He apologizes to Ebru for losing his temper. Ebru tells him not to apologize because she knows he was only teasing her.
Berrak takes her daughters into the neighborhood. The girls complain about the area, but Berrak tells them it is a nice neighborhood and there is nothing to worry about. She offers to show them around the house while continuing to manipulate them against Zeynep. Meanwhile, Zeynep tells Kader the good news about the adoption. Kader is delighted but Zeynep is soon informed that Tibet Köksal has also submitted an application to adopt the child. Zeynep reassures Kader that she will not leave her alone, and they hug. Berrak tells her daughters that she is staying in the neighborhood to teach Zeynep and her family a lesson because none of them are innocent.
Episode 42
Serhat asks Sedef to prevent the news of his marriage from getting out to the press. Sedef admits that this is not possible, but they can control how the news comes out. She says they want to interview him and Zeynep because they want an interview with the new Tecer family. Tibet calls Serhat and informs him that he has applied to take Kader. Serhat tells Tibet that he is testing his patience and warns him that if he is doing this to mess with him, he should not, or he will regret it. Tibet asks him to sell the hotel where his son died in exchange for Kader. Serhat asks him to fuck off. Zeynep informs Serhat that Tibet also offered her the chance to move into his house when he takes Kader. Serhat is devastated. Zeynep admits that she put Tibet in his place. Serhat tells her that Tibet called him and wants the hotel in exchange for Kader. Zeynep calls Tibet a despicable man. Serhat explains that Tibet's problem is with him because he blames him for Aksel's death and thinks he can use Kader to get revenge on him.
Berrak knocks on the door. Serhat opens it, and she says that it seems their honeymoon did not last long, asking if the evil eye got them. Berrak says she came to get her children's things because they do not want to see them. Zeynep tells Berrak that she only shows her motherhood when she uses her children for her own benefit. Berrak asks Zeynep not to confuse her with herself because she is not the one who used Kader for her own benefit and married Serhat. Serhat tells Berrak to get what she came for and leave. Berrak then proposes a deal with Serhat: she will smooth over the girls' hatred toward them, but in exchange he must divorce Zeynep and until she sees the divorce papers with her own eyes, she will continue turning Hayal and Ilkim against him. Berrak threatens to tell every newspaper how Zeynep broke up their family and married Serhat. She says she will make sure Zeynep and her family cannot show their faces in public. Zeynep reminds Berrak that she is no longer pregnant and tells her that she will get her hands on her, so she should shut up. Berrak tells Serhat to think about it because the decision is his.
Can tells Serhat that Cihan has not arrived yet. Serhat says Cihan will be there soon. Cihan finally arrives. Serhat asks him why he jumped in to save him the night Can confronted him with the former receptionist. Cihan asks where that came from, saying that he wanted to save him. Serhat demands to know why Cihan betrayed him while holding his face and asking if he did it for money as if he needed money he would have given him as much as he wanted. Cihan asks what is going on and accuses Can of getting into Serhat's head again. Can tells Cihan that enough is enough because they know he took criminals with fake passports to the hotel and brought Ebru into the job, using her. They saw everything on the cameras and in the logbook. Can tells Cihan that he is disgusted that they share the same blood. While crying, Ciham says that he gambled again and lost again, and he was too ashamed to tell them.
Serhat tells Cihan that Aksel's blood is on his hands as when he did this job, the murderer came to his hotel and killed Aksel. Serhat tells Cihan to leave the house because he never wants to see him again.Cihan begs Serhat, but Serhat keeps insisting that he leave. Cihan tells Serhat that he cannot tell him to leave because he is in this position because of him. He reminds Serhat that he gave up his rights back then, allowing him to become the great 'Serhat Tecer' hee is today as their mother could not afford to send all three of them to college, so he gave up his opportunity and could have become a businessman like Serhat.
Can reminds Cihan that Serhat paid his gambling debts so many times. Cihan admits that it was not enough.Serhat tries to attack Cihan, but Can stops him. Serhat tells Cihan that he will not report him to the police and orders him to leave before he hits him.Cihan leaves. Tibet calls Cihan and says they need to meet urgently, face-to-face. Cihan says it is not a good time, but Tibet tells him that he will send his location.
Zeynep asks Serhat to convince his daughters and tells him not to let them spend even one night with Berrak. Serhat says he is tired of people pressuring him and plotting behind his back. He admits to Zeynep that he fired Cihan because he was doing secret business at the hotel. Zeynep cannot believe it. Serhat shows her a video of Ebru commiting the crime of not registering attendants as she is Cihan's accomplice. Zeynep says Ebru cannot have done that. She admits that Ebru is selfish and reckless and loves money, but this is a crime and her sister would not do something like that. Zeynep starts crying, saying that Ebru would not do it.Serhat tells Zeynep not to worry because he will not turn Ebru or Zeynep over to the police.
Meanwhile, Tibet reminds Cihan that on the day of the hotel incident, he told him to stop Aksel from going there. Cihan explains that he only told him to stop Aksel from talking to Serhat and that the incident happened before he even saw his son.Tibet tells Cihan that they all worked together to kill his son. He says Aksel died because of Berrak's betrayal, and that his son died because he said that he was Kader's father and because he learned the truth and went to tell Serhat. Cihan reminds Tibet that Aksel died from the bullet fired by the man he smuggled into the hotel. Tibet punches Cihan and tells him that they will speed things up from now on as eveey man wanted with a red notice will be brought to the hotel, and this will continue until Serhat goes to prison.Cihan says they cannot do that because Serhat has figured out the truth and fired him, meaning he can no longer go there.Tibet tells Cihan that they are finished with him and leaves his men behind to beat Cihan badly.
Zeynep tells Serhat that she is sure Cihan got Ebru involved in the crime. Serhat says Ebru agreed to it and that they are alike because they do not care how the people around them feel or think. Serhat informs Zeynep that he spoke to Sedef and that the reporter who will publish the news tomorrow at 11 a.m. is coming to interview them where they will talk about how much they love each other. Zeynep says it cannot happen because she told her family that their marriage is only a formality as if they see the interview, they will think she deceived them and will never trust her again. The next day, Can informs Ebru that Serhat wants to see her in his office. Serhat tells Ebru to pack her things and leave immediately. He orders her never to set foot in the hotel again. Ebru asks if she did something wrong. Serhat shows her the footage proving that she did illegal business with Cihan. Ebru says she must have made a mistake, explaining that she made mistakes at first because she did not know the job. Serhat tells Ebru that he is staying calm because of Zeynep, so she should not test his patience. He orders her to pack her things and leave the hotel.Ebru leaves his office wondering what she will do. She calls Cihan, but he does not answer. We see Cihan lying badly beaten on the floor.
Mustafa calls Azra, but she does not answer. He sends her a text saying that he is worried about her and asks her to send him a message saying that she is okay.Mustafa then calls Zeynep and asks if she has seen Azra today. Zeynep tells her brother that Azra is not her problem right now. Mustafa says that if it were not important, he would not ask so he asks her to check up on Azra but Zeynep says she cannot because she came to see their mother.Zeynep asks Refika where Ebru is. Refika tells her that Ebru is working at this hour. Zeynep tells her that Ebru will be leaving early today because she will be coming home soon. Refika asks why Ebru would be leaving early and tells Zeynep not to scare her. Ebru arrives. Zeynep asks her to tell their mother why she left work early. Ebru admits that she was fired, but says it is just a misunderstanding and that she will return once the truth comes out.
Zeynep tells Ebru to stop lying and tell their mother everything. She admits to Refika that Ebru committed a crime because she let murderers into the hotel. Ebru insists that it is not true and says she made a mistake because she did not know what the job involved. Zeynep asks Ebru if she did it for the money because she could not earn honest money. Ebru says yes, because she does not have a husband who can get her a job through connections. Refika slaps Ebru after hearing this. Ebru asks Zeynep if she is happy now that their mother slapped her. Zeynep tells Ebru that she tried to protect her from everyone and everything.Ebru admits to Zeynep that she never once stood up for her, even when she sat at the wedding table with Serhat but she defended her against their father. Zeynep insists that she did nothing wrong. Refika tells them that enough is enough and admits that they both did what she thought they would never do. Zeynep tells her mother that she did nothing wrong, but Refika remains silent. Her silence hurts Zeynep, and she leaves.
Mustafa barges into Cihan's house and discovers that Azra is in the thinking room. He manages to open the door using a rod and finds Azra unconscious. He begs her to open her eyes and tells her that he is there. Azra wakes up, and Mustafa is relieved that she is okay. Azra tells Mustafa that it is over and that she is going to turn herself in to the police.Meanwhile, the reporter and her team arrive at the Tecer mansion. Serhat is waiting for her to show up.Zeynep arrives and holds Serhat's hand. She introduces herself as Zeynep Tecer and asks the reporter if they can begin. Sedef watches them with rage, but tries to hide it. Zeynep apologizes for keeping them waiting as they should know what Istanbul traffic is like. The reporter assures her that it is no problem and suggests they begin the interview. Serhat helps Zeynep attach her microphone before they sit together.
The reporter asks Zeynep whether she is the one who stole Serhat’s heart, but Zeynep says it is actually the opposite because Serhat stole hers. Serhat goes along with her answer, explaining that he had once vowed never to fall in love or marry again, but then Zeynep came into his life and made him break that promise. Zeynep admits that marriage was never one of her childhood dreams because she never liked fairy tales and could never understand why a woman should sit around waiting for a prince to rescue her. Serhat tells the reporter that fate brought them together and makes it clear that his relationship with Zeynep began long after his divorce from Berrak. As the interview continues, Sedef watches them with barely concealed rage. Meanwhile, Cihan is in the hospital following Tibet’s brutal attack. The doctor tries to revive him while examining the lacerations on both sides of his head. He shines a light into Cihan’s eyes and notices that his pupils are responding, but still tells the nurse that he wants a CT scan to clarify his condition. Cihan suddenly grabs the doctor’s hand and asks what time it is. After being told that it is 1 p.m., he remembers locking Azra inside the room and immediately becomes alarmed. He asks for his phone, insisting that Azra is in danger, while the doctor tries to calm him down and reminds him that he is in the hospital. Back at the interview, the reporter asks Serhat how his daughters feel about his marriage to Zeynep. Serhat admits that Hayal and Ilkim will need some time to adjust, but he believes they will eventually come to love Zeynep. Zeynep adds that she loves the girls very much but only wants to be their friend because they already have a mother. The reporter then asks the couple to pose together for some photographs.
Episode 43
● Berrak tells Tülay that she will personally prepare her daughters’ meals and school bags. Tülay sarcastically remarks on how much life has changed as Zeynep first became Kader’s nanny, and now she is going to become the nanny of Hayal and Ilkim too, something she would have laughed at if anyone had predicted it in the past. Berrak asks whether she is stupid enough to entrust her children to her. She orders Tülay to stick to cooking and cleaning and not to interact with Hayal and Ilkim unless necessary. As Tülay walks away, she mutters that if she were not paying her so well, she would shut her up herself.
● Berrak receives an urgent call from Cihan, who orders her to go to his house, enter his bedroom and help Azra without asking any questions. Berrak refuses to blindly involve herself and asks what kind of lunatic he is. Cihan immediately threatens her, reminding her that Serhat has been very civil toward her so far, but if he discovers who Kader’s real father is, everything will change. He warns her that she may not even be able to set foot in Turkey, let alone Istanbul, and asks whether she would prefer him to call Serhat and reveal the truth. Berrak asks why Cihan cannot help Azra himself, forcing him to admit that he is in the hospital because Tibet almost killed him. Berrak coldly replies that she wishes Tibet had finished what he started.
● Azra tells Mustafa that she is glad they met, and he admits that he tells himself the same thing every day. Azra says that he saved her life while she has only ruined his, but Mustafa disagrees. He tells her that she gave meaning to his life and that when he is with her, he can actually feel his heart beating, and he would not trade that feeling for anything. Azra tells him that before she turns herself in, she wants to visit her mother. When the reporter leaves, Sedef admits that she had thought Zeynep would not show up, but Serhat says he never doubted that she would come. Seeing Serhat and Zeynep holding hands only makes Sedef more uncomfortable, and she excuses herself, saying she is going back to the hotel.
● Refika confronts Ebru over the trouble surrounding the hotel and asks whether she is going to end up in prison. Ebru insists that she committed no crime and was simply unaware of what was happening, that if she had participated in something illegal, she would at least be rich. Refika then says perhaps Zeynep marrying Serhat is a good thing after all. Ebru reminds her mum that her and Arif made a huge fuss about the marriage. Refika says that is different because Serhat did not report her to the police, possibly because she is now his wife’s sister. She warns Ebru that from now on, she wants to know where she works, who she meets and everything she does, one by one. Ebru sarcastically asks whether she is now on probation and suggests that she might as well lock her inside her room too.
● When Berrak reaches Cihan’s house, the servant tells her that Azra has left as a man rushed into the room and left with her, and the servant does not remember ever seeing him at the house before. She tells Berrak tried calling Cihan but could not reach him. Berrak asks her not to worry and to return to work because she will contact him herself. She calls him and explains that Azra left with an unknown man, adding that perhaps he has an idea who the man could be. Cihan claims he does not know and tells Berrak to leave. After hanging up, Berrak calls him a psychopath.
● Zeynep tells Serhat that she is going to see her father because she wants to personally explain why they put on the marriage show rather than allowing him hear about it from somebody else and become upset. Serhat then asks her to stop calling him “Mr. Serhat” because their circumstances have changed. Zeynep insists that nothing has really changed and that he is still Mr. Serhat to her, but agrees that she will call him simply Serhat in front of others so nobody suspects their marriage is only a formality.
● As Zeynep is leaving, she spots Berrak on the phone and wonders what she is doing there. She then notices Cansu nearby, also on a call, and becomes suspicious that the two women are secretly communicating. Her suspicions are correct. Berrak orders Cansu to watch Zeynep and Serhat closely and report every move they make because she wants to know whether their marriage is truly real. Cansu asks how she is supposed to do that and warns that Serhat will fire her if he discovers she is spying on him. Berrak tells her to find a way and threatens that if she refuses, she herself will tell Serhat that she has been spying for her. Cansu begs her not to do that because she desperately needs the job. Berrak promises to reward her if she continues providing information. When Cansu notices Zeynep watching, she quickly pretends that she has been talking to her mother, but she is not convinced.
● Zeynep goes back to the house to speak with Serhat. Serhat immediately gets up, ready to confront Cansu, but Zeynep stops him and asks whether he intends to fire her. Serhat says that if Cansu really is passing information from inside his house to Berrak, then he will. Zeynep suggests that they observe her first and make sure before taking action. She explains that Berrak and Cansu appeared to be speaking on their phones at exactly the same time while looking toward each other. Zeynep also tells him that Berrak is in Cihan's house leading Serhat to suspect that she may be trying to pass some information to his mother.
● Sevim is furious when she finds Berrak in the house and demands to know how she dares come there. When Berrak calls her “Mother,” Sevim calls her shameless, so she agrees to call her “Ms. Sevim” from now on, especially since Zeynep will soon be the one calling her mother. Sevim asks what Zeynep has to do with anything. Berrak then delivers the news: Serhat and Zeynep are married. She mocks the fact that Serhat apparently invited no one to his wedding and says it has somehow fallen to her to deliver the happy news. She also tells Sevim about their explanation that they married to save Kader. Sevim refuses to believe her, insisting Serhat would never do something like that behind her back. Berrak replies that Serhat was never like this until Zeynep entered his life.
● Berrak continues manipulating Sevim, arguing that by adopting Kader, Serhat is behaving irresponsibly and potentially making Kader a co-heir alongside Hayal and Ilkim. She suggests that the two of them work together to stop it, reminding Sevim that although she is no longer her daughter-in-law, she is still the mother of her granddaughters. Sevim wants nothing to do with Berrak and says she would not even sit down to drink water with her before ordering her out of the house and telling her never to return. Before leaving, Berrak casually drops another bombshell: Cihan is in the hospital and almost died. She apologizes for giving Sevim such terrible news just after her vacation, leaving her alarmed enough to immediately call Cihan.
● Zeynep encounters Berrak on her way out and asks whether she intends to keep walking into the house whenever she likes, warning that if she does, they will give her photograph to security and have her barred from entering. Berrak laughs and asks under what authority Zeynep plans to do that—as Serhat’s fake wife? She mocks Zeynep for becoming too confident because of a marriage that is nothing more than an arrangement. Zeynep asks how Berrak knows what happens behind the walls of their home, but Berrak reminds her that she was present when Serhat explained to his daughters why they married. Zeynep then turns the tables on her, saying that may be the story they tell everyone else, but since Berrak is not a stranger, she deserves the truth: her and Serhat really are married.
● Serhat arrives and asks Berrak whether she will leave willingly or whether he will have to force her out. Berrak explains that she only came because Cihan called and asked her to inform Azra that he was in the hospital after someone beat him badly. She then reveals that Azra has run away from the house with another man. Berrak points out that Serhat is ready to condemn her for every mistake she makes, yet Azra has supposedly abandoned her husband and run away with the lover she brought into their home. Berrak says she is curious to see how Serhat will judge Azra. Serhat orders her to shut up, making it clear that he will not judge anyone based on Berrak’s accusations. Zeynep remembers Mustafa admitting that he went to get Azra and begins worrying about what her brother may have done.
● Sevim then arrives and directly asks Serhat and Zeynep whether they got married. Knowing what is coming, Zeynep excuses herself and wishes Serhat good luck before leaving him to face his mother. Serhat complains that Berrak already burned Zeynep’s garden and has now come there to set his mother on fire as well. He explains that him and Zeynep had no other choice if they wanted to take Kader out of the centre. Sevim believes Zeynep has gotten into Serhat’s head and used Kader to trap him in a cage, but he firmly tells her that the marriage was his idea. Sevim sarcastically congratulates her son for walking into the cage with his own feet.
● Sevim tells Serhat that Cihan is in the hospital. When Serhat says he already knows, she cannot understand why he is not at his brother’s side. Serhat tells her to ask Cihan himself. Confused by Serhat’s cold behavior toward his brother, Sevim calls Can and tells him Cihan is hospitalized. She asks Can why he has not said anything and demands to know what is happening because Serhat is acting strangely distant toward Cihan.
● Zeynep goes to tell her father that her and Serhat gave an interview announcing their marriage because she did not want him hearing it from someone else. Arif worries that his daughter is now doing far more than simply trying to take Kader home. Zeynep reassures him that once Kader is registered, Serhat will eventually be removed from her registry. More importantly, she asks her father to stand behind her because without his support she feels completely alone. Arif reassures Zeynep that regardless of whatever mistakes she makes, he will always be beside her.
● Before Azra enters the police station to turn herself in, she receives a message from Cihan saying that he will not report her and asking her to answer his call so they can talk. Mustafa assumes Cihan is trying to convince Azra to return and takes her phone, but Azra asks him to give it back. When she speaks to Cihan, she warns him that if he is calling to threaten her, he should not bother because she is already at the police station and intends to surrender. Cihan tells her not to do it because he is no longer going to report her. Azra makes it clear that she still will not return to his house because living there is worse than being in prison.
● Cihan then tells Azra that he does not want her to return either. He says he spent all that time waiting and hoping that one day she would love him, but now he understands that it will never happen, so they should divorce. He admits that he loves her and claims that because of that love, he cannot send her to prison. However, he has one condition: their official reason for divorce will be irreconcilable differences. He will keep quiet about her crime, while she must remain silent about everything he did to her inside their home. Azra tells Mustafa that Cihan has agreed to the divorce, and they embrace. But Cihan’s apparent generosity is nothing but another deception. Alone at the hospital, he bitterly says she should enjoy her happiness while she can because once he gets out of the hospital, he intends to make her life hell.
● Sevim and Can arrive at the hospital to see Cihan, although Can makes it clear that he only came because he did not want their mother to come alone, not because he wanted to see his brother. Around the same time, Hayal and Ilkim tell Serhat that they refuse to return home. Cihan then tells Sevim and Can that Azra cheated on him. Can immediately defends Azra saying she could never do something like that, but Cihan reminds them that they once believed Berrak was incapable of betrayal too, only to eventually discover otherwise. He then claims that Azra cheated on him with Zeynep’s brother, Mustafa, and that once the two realized he had discovered their relationship, they ran away together.
● Meanwhile, Mustafa brings Azra to his family home, but the reception is anything but welcoming. Refika is stunned when Mustafa announces that Azra will be staying there and asks whether she has nowhere else to go. Mustafa explains that Azra is divorcing her husband and only needs somewhere to stay until she can get her life back in order. Ebru is surprised and asks Azra whether she is really getting divorced. Mustafa appeals to Arif, asking whether they cannot support Azra at least until she is able to stand on her own two feet. Feeling uncomfortable about causing problems, Azra tells Mustafa that it is fine and that she will find somewhere else.
● Mustafa refuses to accept that and asks his father to say something, reminding him that Azra has no one else in her life. Arif points out that Mustafa himself is in her life and reminds him that he was already put on trial for attacking Azra’s husband. Mustafa argues that the circumstances were completely different because Cihan forced Azra to change her statement. Refika remains firm, telling Azra that their family simply does not have the means to take responsibility for another person and that she needs to leave. Mustafa begs his mother not to do this, but Refika angrily asks whether he is really defying his own mother because of a woman. Mustafa asks what she expects him to do—throw Azra out onto the street. When Arif ultimately agrees with Refika that Azra cannot stay in their house, Mustafa makes his choice: if Azra has to leave, he will leave with her. Azra tries to stop him, but Mustafa insists that he will not abandon her. Refika desperately tries to prevent her son from leaving, but Arif tells her to let Mustafa go wherever he chooses.
