Cihan watches as Tibet is taken away in an ambulance.The police question Cihan, asking whether he knows who was involved, the person’s name and what happened. Cihan tells them that he will explain everything.
Back at the house, Zeynep explains everything she knows to Serhat. She tells him that Berrak had spoken with Cihan that morning and Kader had then said that she was going with her mother, but before she could find out where they were going, Berrak drove away.Afterward, Zeynep checked Hayal and Ilkim’s rooms and discovered that they had packed their belongings.
Serhat immediately tries calling Berrak, but he cannot reach her. He calls Can and asks whether he knows where Berrak is. Can is confused and tells Serhat that he does not know what is happening either. Cihan had called him earlier asking about Serhat’s gun, and now Can is worried because he has been unable to reach any of them. Serhat tells Can to contact Mr. Necip and have Berrak’s phone tracked as he needs to know where she is. Zeynep tells Serhat that she is coming with him.Serhat initially refuses, but Zeynep insists.
She calls Refika and asks her to come to the house to look after Kader. Refika tells her that she is on her way. Meanwhile, Berrak has gone to the bank. She asks to withdraw a large amount of money, but the bank employee informs her that the account is now a joint account with her husband and that she cannot withdraw the money without Serhat’s authorization. Berrak is confused, saying she has been withdrawing money from that account for years. The employee explains that Serhat changed the account so that both of them are now required to authorize the transaction. Berrak quickly pretends that she remembers the change. She claims that this is why she did not come with her husband and asks the employee to make an exception for her this time. The employee tells her that it cannot be done without Serhat’s approval.
Berrak claims that Serhat is abroad and says she urgently needs the money. She pressures the employee to help her, even threatening that she will stop doing business with the bank if they refuse. The employee asks Berrak to wait while she discusses the matter with her manager. Outside, Hayal tells Ilkim that their mother is not behaving normally. Ilkim says she knows because they have been watching her strange behavior all morning. Hayal wants to call their father, but Ilkim reminds her that their mum threw away their phones. Hayal spots a police officer nearby and asks whether she can use his phone.He agrees. Hayal immediately calls Serhat. She tells him that their mother is acting strangely and explains that Berrak threw their phones away, which is why she is calling from another phone.
Serhat immediately asks Hayal where they are and tells her that he is coming to get them.Neither Hayal nor Ilkim knows the neighborhood, so Serhat asks Hayal to look around for a street or road name. Hayal asks her father what is wrong with her mum as she is wondering if she is behaving this way because of the accident. Serhat tells her that they will talk about everything later. For now, he only needs to know where they are. Hayal asks the police officer for the name of the street.
He tells her they are on Demirli Street. Hayal tells Serhat that she and Ilkim are on Demirli Street, standing in front of a bank. Serhat tells his daughter not to go anywhere because he is coming to get them immediately.Hayal thanks the police officer and tells Ilkim that their father told them to stay where they are.
Serhat tells Zeynep that they will reach the girls in about ten minutes. He then calls the bank manager, Mr. Hikmet who tells Serhat that he was actually about to call him because Berrak is at the bank right now trying to withdraw a large amount of money from their joint account. He asks whether Serhat has authorized the withdrawal.
Serhat makes it clear that he does not give permission for Berrak to withdraw the money.However, he tells Mr Hikmet not to reveal that to Berrak yet. Instead, he asks the manager to act as though the withdrawal can be arranged and keep Berrak occupied. Serhat tells him that he will give Berrak the money himself when he arrives Most importantly, he tells Mr. Hikmet: Do not let Berrak leave the bank.
Berrak asks the bank employee whether everything has been sorted out. The employee assures her that it has, but explains that the amount she wants to withdraw is very large, so it will take some time to gather the cash. Berrak asks whether it will take long, and the employee promises they will do their best.
Meanwhile, Serhat is driving frantically with Zeynep. She repeatedly asks him to calm down, but Serhat says there is no way he can calm down under the circumstances. Their car is stopped by the police. Serhat immediately fears they have come to arrest him, but Zeynep believes it is only a routine inspection. The officer asks for Serhat's driver's license and registration before checking the documents and allowing them to continue.
Back at the mansion, Sevim complains to Azra that Zeynep is making a huge issue out of Berrak taking the girls away. She believes Zeynep simply wants something bad to happen. Azra thinks Zeynep may have a point because neither Berrak nor Cihan are answering their phones. Sevim goes to question the maids, hoping one of them knows where Berrak went, while Azra follows behind.
Refika arrives at the mansion. Sevim immediately confronts her, asking whether the crisis caused by her daughter was not enough and asks what she is doing here. Refika explains that Zeynep asked her to look after Kader and that her daughter would never have called her unless it was an emergency. Sevim leaves.
As Azra walks away, Refika grabs her hand and warns her that she does not know what problems she is having with her husband, but she should stay away from her children. Azra remains silent as Refika leaves. Moments later, Azra receives a phone call concerning the police station.
Meanwhile, the bank employee continues deliberately delaying Berrak's transaction by repeatedly counting the money. Berrak notices and asks why she keeps counting the same bundles over and over again. The employee says that the counting machine is faulty. When Berrak submits the wrong paperwork the employee claims she accidentally printed the wrong document and needs to prepare another one.
Berrak immediately becomes suspicious and asks if she is deliberately stalling her. The employee's silence says everything. Berrak finally realizes the truth."You told Serhat, didn't you?" she asks. The employee says nothing.
Realizing she has been exposed, Berrak abandons the transaction. She tells Hayal and Ilkim they are leaving immediately. Hayal unexpectedly suggests they wait a little longer, but Berrak questions why they should stay and orders them into the car.Hayal then claims she feels nauseous and needs some fresh air. Berrak suddenly asks Hayal whether she called her father. Hayal remains silent.
Berrak realizes what happened and tells Hayal she never expected such betrayal from her own. Ilkim asks why calling their father should be considered betrayal.
Berrak emotionally manipulates both girls, claiming that they no longer love her and that everything changed after she returned home.Hayal insists nothing has changed and says they still love her.Berrak gives them an ultimatum. She tells them she is getting into the car and leaving. If they truly love her, they will come with her. Otherwise, they no longer have a mother.Berrak gets into the car first. Ilkim tells Berrak that it was Hayal who called their father, not her, before eventually getting into the car herself. The three of them drive away.
A few moments later, Serhat and Zeynep arrive at the bank. The bank manager apologizes, explaining that Berrak realized they had contacted Serhat and left before they could stop her. Serhat reminds him that he specifically asked them to stall her, but the manager explains they had no legal authority to prevent her from leaving.
As they speak, Serhat receives another call informing him that they have been unable to locate signals from either Berrak's phone or his daughters' phones.Serhat explains that Berrak threw the girls' phones away earlier. The caller reassures him that if Berrak attempts to leave the country with the children, she cannot legally do so without the permission of both parents. Just to be safe, the police have already been alerted.Serhat asks to be informed immediately if there are any new developments.
Back at the mansion, Refika notices that Kader is unusually quiet. She prepares fresh orange juice for her and tries to cheer her up by suggesting they draw together. Kader replies that she only draws when she is happy. She asks whether her mother will come back.
Refika does not know what to say and wishes Zeynep would return because she would know how to comfort her. Kader then asks whether Refika ever left Zeynep. Refika remembers the time she travelled to her village because her own mother was sick, but explains that she always came back to her daughter afterwards. Hearing that story gives Kader hope that her mum will also return.
Refika silently curses Berrak, wishing that she experiences a thousand times the pain she has caused Kader. To distract her, Refika suggests they make pastries together, and Kader gradually begins smiling again.
Meanwhile, Cihan is informed that the prosecutor will soon arrive to record his statement because Tibet's condition remains critical as if he dies, he could be tried for murder.
His lawyer, Ergin, advises him not to think that far ahead and to focus on one step at a time. Cihan asks Ergin to do everything possible to get him released. Ergin promises he will do his best before informing him that Azra has obtained permission to visit him. As Ergin is leaving, Cihan asks him to contact someone for him.
Elsewhere, Can comforts Sevim, asking her to stay strong for Cihan. Sevim replies that all of her children, except Serhat, continue bringing her nothing but pain. Ergin informs Azra that she may now see Cihan. Sevim wants to go first, but Ergin explains that permission was granted only for Cihan's wife. At that moment, Serhat and Zeynep arrive at the police station. Sevim immediately begs Serhat to save Cihan. Serhat reassures his mother before asking Can to step aside with him.
Meanwhile, Zeynep gently offers Sevim a chair and a glass of water. Although surprised by the gesture, Sevim accepts and thanks her. Away from everyone else, Serhat finally tells Can the truth. He admits that he was the one who attacked Tibet. At the same time, Azra confronts Cihan, demanding to know why he beat Tibet.Cihan replies that he had no choice. Azra reminds him that Tibet could die, yet Cihan speaks as though it means nothing.
Cihan tells Azra that she already knows what he becomes when he loses control. He admits he may receive a long prison sentence but confidently says she will wait for him because she loves him. Azra promises she will wait for him and continue living exactly as she has until now. She then begs him to stop threatening her and finally hand over the video recording of the accident so she can destroy it. Cihan refuses and explains that after everything that has happened, he no longer trusts women. The flash drive containing the evidence is the one thing permanently binding her to him, and he has no intention of giving it up.
Meanwhile, Serhat tells Can that Tibet and Berrak had been having an affair. Can is stunned. Serhat explains that Cihan put all the clues together and secretly conducted a DNA test proving Tibet is Kader's biological father. Can cannot understand why Cihan would reveal something so devastating instead of dealing with it himself. Serhat replies that he refuses to let someone else take responsibility for his own actions. He intends to tell the police everything.
Can advises him to speak to a lawyer before making such a decision.Just then, Lawyer Ergin approaches Serhat with a message from Cihan.Cihan asks Serhat not to do anything until they speak because only then will Serhat understand what he truly meant.
Elsewhere, Berrak calls one of Tibet's men, desperately asking to speak with him.
The man informs her that Tibet is in intensive care and is in no condition to answer the phone.Berrak explains that she and her daughters must leave the country immediately.The man tells her that Tibet has been critically injured and they cannot deal with her problem right now. Berrak insists they have to leave that very night. The man replies that it may be possible, but it will be extremely expensive as even if it so, they cannot leave until the following morning at the earliest.Berrak agrees.
Later, Serhat tells Cihan that he intends to confess everything to the police. Cihan begs him not to. He reminds Serhat that his daughters need him and asks him to think about what will happen to them if he goes to prison. He says Azra can survive without him, but Hayal and Ilkim cannot survive without their father. Meanwhile, Berrak lies to her daughters. She tells Hayal and Ilkim that someone has slandered her, which is why their father suddenly became distant. She claims Serhat is trying to take full custody of them so she will never see them again. Ilkim immediately says they will never allow anyone to separate them from their mother.Hayal asks who spread such lies. Berrak blames Zeynep.
Ilkim asks exactly what Zeynep said, but Berrak claims the accusations are too disgusting to repeat. She tells the girls they have no choice but to leave Istanbul until their father accepts the truth. Back at the police station, Serhat informs Cihan that he knows Cihan warned Berrak because she has already disappeared with the girls. Cihan is horrified. Serhat says it changes nothing because even if Berrak runs to the other side of the world, he will find her because she cannot escape forever as his only plan is to find his daughters, say goodbye to them, and then surrender himself to the police.
Cihan begs him to remain silent until they know whether Tibet survives. Meanwhile, Azra secretly searches Cihan's hotel roomfor the flash drive containing evidence of the accident. A member of the staff notices her searching and informs Sedef. Ebru overhears the conversation and remembers receiving a call earlier from Lawyer Ergin. Following Cihan's instructions, Ergin had told Ebru there was a flash drive hidden inside the safe in Cihan's office and asked her to retrieve it for safekeeping. He also gave her the safe combination—1837. Ebru promises Ergin that she will keep it safe. She smiles, believing she is the only person Cihan truly trusts. She enters Cihan's hotel room, unlocks the safe using the code and removes the flash drive, which is hidden inside a pen case. Ebru attempts to open it on her laptop, only to discover it is password protected. She places it inside her handbag.
Back to reality, Sedef and the staff enter the office and politely Azrawhether they can help her with anything. Azra reminds them that she is Cihan's wife before asking whether there is another safe in the office. They tell her they know of none. She then asks whether anyone else entered the room. The staff remembers that only Ebru came in earlier to deliver a file.
Immediately realizing Ebru must have taken the real flash drive, Azra storms out to confront her, only to discover she is no longer at her desk. Meanwhile, Zeynep reassures Serhat that Berrak cannot legally leave the country with the girls without his permission. She also reminds him that Berrak does not usually carry large amounts of cash and will almost certainly have to stop somewhere to withdraw money, making it easier to track her. Serhat says he only hopes he can find his daughters before they are harmed. Zeynep reminds him that although Berrak never loved Kader, she would never deliberately hurt Hayal or Ilkim. Serhat quietly admits that he no longer knows where Berrak's limits begin or end.
Episode 25
Zeynep asks whether Serhat contacted Berrak's mother or any of her relatives in case she sought refuge with them.Serhat sadly reveals that Berrak's own mother abandoned her when she was only six years old. Her father suffered from severe psychological problems, and Berrak eventually grew up in an orphanage. After her father died five years earlier, Serhat's family became the only family she had ever known. That is why she became so attached to Sevim, as it was the first time she had ever truly experienced a mother's affection.
Meanwhile, Mustafa calls Ebru, who lies that she is simply buying bread from the grocery store.He asks her to come see him because he needs to speak with her.When they meet, Mustafa asks Azra whether she is certain Ebru has Cihan's flash drive.Azra explains that she learned Ebru was the only person who entered Cihan's office, so she is convinced Cihan trusted her to hide it.She desperately tells Mustafa she must recover that flash drive because it is her ticket to freedom.Mustafa asks what could possibly be on it that is so important.Azra says it is better that he does not know.Mustafa jokingly asks whether it contains private photographs because if that is the case, he will beat Cihan to a pulp.
Azra assures him it is nothing like that.Mustafa tells her she can trust him.Azra finally admits that six years earlier she made a terrible mistake and Cihan discovered it. The evidence of that mistake is stored on the flash drive.Mustafa asks what kind of mistake she made, but Azra refuses to answer. She only says that one mistake trapped her in her marriage to Cihan and she desperately wants to escape. Mustafa comforts her and says Ebru is a good person. Once she understands the situation, she will willingly hand over the flash drive.
Can asks Sevim to get some rest, promising that if there is any news about Cihan they will wake her immediately. Sevim nods before saying that although Cihan is impulsive, jealous and sometimes acts on his emotions, he is a good man who is deeply devoted to his family and would risk everything for the people he loves. She turns to Serhat and begs him to save Cihan. Serhat promises his mother that he will bring Cihan back safe and sound. Can asks where Azra is. Sevim says she already left because the poor girl is devastated. She then asks Serhat whether Berrak is at home, saying that her daughter-in-law would never leave her alone on a day like this. Serhat tells her that Berrak is not home. Sevim remembers Zeynep telling her that Berrak had spoken to Cihan shortly before running away. Serhat admits that he and Berrak are having serious problems but says it is not the right time to discuss them. He also tells his mother that Berrak has taken Hayal and Ilkim away for a while. Sevim asks whether things between them have become that bad, saying their family is slowly falling apart.
Meanwhile, Azra and Mustafa continue waiting for Ebru. When Ebru finally arrives, she asks Azra whether she ran to her brother as soon as Cihan was arrested. Mustafa tells Ebru not to speak nonsense and explains that Azra has something important to tell her. Azra tells Ebru that although she knows she is angry with her, she desperately needs her help because she knows she took a flash drive from Cihan's room earlier that day. Ebru immediately denies it and reminds Azra that first she accused her of having an affair with Cihan and now she is accusing her of theft. Mustafa asks what is going on.Ebru explains that Azra publicly attacked her because she believed she was involved with Cihan. Azra insists she knows Ebru has the flash drive and tells her it is not worth protecting Cihan because he is a terrible person.
Ebru asks whether that is why Azra pulled her hair out the other day before once again denying she took anything. Azra suddenly tries to grab Ebru's handbag, and the two women begin struggling over it. Mustafa separates them and asks Ebru to hand over the flash drive if she really has it. Ebru cannot believe Mustafa is defending a woman he met only a few days ago instead of his own sister. Azra insists she will not leave until she checks Ebru's handbag, leading to another confrontation. Mustafa once again intervenes and tells Ebru that the flash drive contains photographs Cihan is using to blackmail Azra. He begs her to hand it over if she has it. Azra tells Ebru that if she gets the flash drive she will finally be free of Cihan. Ebru reminds her that only a few days ago she publicly accused her of stealing her husband, yet now she suddenly wants to get rid of him.Azra swears she is telling the truth and once again asks for the handbag. Ebru refuses, asking why she should believe anything Azra says after the way she slandered her. The argument turns physical again. Mustafa attempts to take Ebru's handbag, but Arif and Refika arrive. Refika reminds Azra that she already warned her to stay away from her family. Arif demands to know what Mustafa is doing after hearing Ebru crying that he is hurting her. Mustafa asks his father not to interfere and again reaches for the handbag.Arif finally loses his temper and slaps Mustafa, telling him that nobody will hurt his daughters—not even his own son. Mustafa walks away.
Ebru blames Azra for everything and tells her to leave before she really causes another accident. Outside, Azra apologizes to Mustafa. Mustafa offers to drive her home, but Azra refuses because if Sevim sees them together she will tell Cihan.
As she waits for a taxi, Azra asks Mustafa whether he regrets ever meeting her. Mustafa says no as he js actually glad he met her, but admits the situation is becoming unbearable because he cannot save her from Cihan. Azra says Mustafa has already done everything he could. She wishes her own father were still alive so someone could stand behind her and say that nobody is allowed to hurt his daughter. She admits that, for the first time in her life, she felt jealous of Ebru because she still has her father's protection.
Back inside, Refika tells Arif that he has now witnessed how Azra managed to turn siblings against one another. She believes Azra is dangerous and wants to call Zeynep immediately. Arif stops her, saying Zeynep already has enough problems and does not need more bad news.Later that night, Zeynep walks into the living room and finds Serhat asleep on the sofa. She remembers Serhat telling her not to fall in love with him because he would only make her cry. Returning to the present, she quietly covers him with a blanket before walking away. The next morning, Lawyer Ergin informs Can and Serhat that Tibet remains in critical condition. He explains that he is going to the police station because the prosecutor is about to take Cihan's statement and may request his formal arrest. Meanwhile, Sevim notices Can and Serhat speaking privately and asks Zeynep what they are discussing. Since nobody is telling her anything, she fears it must be something terrible. She nervously asks whether Cihan has been arrested.
Zeynep says she does not know and instead hands Sevim some dried daisies she picked herself. She tells her to brew them as they will calm her nerves.Sevim tells Zeynep not to act sweet with her as she does not know what she has done, but ever since she came into their lives nothing but bad things have happened. Zeynep replies that Sevim is simply searching for someone to blame for everything that has gone wrong. Sevim asks who she should blame instead. Zeynep avoids answering and simply reminds her that the tea only needs five minutes to brew.
Meanwhile, one of Tibet's men contacts Berrak and tells her there is a vehicle leaving for Georgia at 2 a.m. that night. Berrak asks how much it will cost.The man says that it will cost one million. Berrak asks for a little time to gather the money. The man gives her until 2 a.m., warning that if she cannot pay by then she can forget about leaving the country. Berrak calls Sedef asking for a favour. Sedef immediately says that if the request involves Serhat then the answer is no because she no longer works for her. Berrak says she will get her revenge on her if she refuses. Sedef admits she believes Berrak is capable of it and asks what she wants. Berrak promises that if she helps her she will disappear from Serhat's life forever, leaving him entirely to her. Sedef does not believe her.nBerrak finally reveals that Serhat has discovered Kader's real father and that she plans to flee abroad with Hayal and Ilkim but has no money. She asks Sedef to go to the house, open her safe, collect all her jewellery and bring it to her.
Sedef asks whether she is seriously expecting her to commit burglary. Berrak insists it is not theft because the jewellery belongs to her. She also reminds Sedef of all the terrible things she has done to her as she owes her this favour. She assures Sedef that Serhat will not be home.Meanwhile, Zeynep receives a phone call from a private school inviting her for a job interview that same day. Sadly, she explains that today is impossible and asks if they can arrange another day. The caller apologizes, saying other candidates are already scheduled, before wishing her good luck. Soon afterwards, Serhat informs Zeynep that Berrak purchased three tickets for a 2 a.m. flight to London that night. Zeynep thinks they should immediately head to the airport. Serhat disagrees, believing Berrak is far too clever. Since she knows he is monitoring her financial activity, he believes the plane tickets are simply bait designed to lure them away from the house.
Elsewhere, Azra calls Tülay and asks her to retrieve something that belongs to her from Ebru. She reassures Tülay there is no danger involved because it is only a flash drive and promises she can ask for anything she wants in return. Tülay happily accepts the offer. Back at the mansion, Sevim tells Azra she always believed that if Berrak ever had problems with Serhat she would come to her for help. She wonders what has happened between them. Meanwhile, Sedef arrives at the house, claiming Serhat asked her to come. She enters Berrak's room, opens the safe using the code 0815, removes all of her jewellery and leaves.
Zeynep immediately realizes what is happening and tells Serhat that Berrak must have called Sedef because she always gets her to retrieve things from the house whenever she needs them. A few moments later, Sedef calls Serhat and tells him she expected him to be at the house. She explains that Berrak asked her to deliver the jewellery.She asks what she should do. Serhat tells her he is on his way. Sedef is pleased that Serhat has been watching the house and informs him that Berrak will soon tell her where to deliver the jewellery. Zeynep questions whether they can really trust Sedef since she has always been Berrak's friend.Sedef calmly replies that Serhat trusts her. Serhat activates GPS tracking on Sedef's phone. He tells her to act naturally when Berrak contacts her, but warns that if she disables her location and he loses Berrak because of her, he will hold her responsible. Soon afterwards, Berrak calls Sedef and gives her a meeting location.
At the same time, Tülay sneaks into Ebru's room searching for the flash drive but is unable to find it. Sedef eventually meets Berrak and hands over the jewellery. However, Berrak notices Serhat's car approaching and immediately realises she has been followed. She angrily calls Sedef an idiot for not realizing she was being tracked. Sedef admits she knew all along because she personally sent Serhat her location. Berrak attempts to run away, but Serhat catches her. He grabs her and demands to know where his daughters are. Berrak says that if she had not taken them away, Serhat would have taken them from her forever. Serhat calls her a psychopath for using her own children as revenge. Berrak reveals that Hayal and Ilkim are currently with human traffickers and warns that if she does not pay them they will disappear forever. Zeynep is horrified and asks what kind of maniac would place her own daughters in such danger.
Berrak apologizes to Serhat, saying she simply could not allow him to separate her from her daughters. Serhat calls her sick. Berrak gives him one final choice: let her go or never see the girls again. She manages to escape. Zeynep tells Serhat that while Sedef was distracted she secretly hid her phone inside the jewellery bag she gave Berrak and left the location tracking switched on. Cihan later learns that Tibet has regained consciousness but has not yet given a statement. Because of this, Cihan will not remain in custody and will instead be released under judicial supervision. His lawyer informs him that once the paperwork is completed he can return home. Meanwhile, Hayal and Ilkim are terrified inside the traffickers' truck. They both worry that something terrible has happened to their mother after she disappeared. The girls attempt to escape, but one of the traffickers fires a gun into the air, terrifying them before forcing them back inside. Berrak soon arrives and hands over jewellery worth one million dollars.
One of the traffickers discovers the phone hidden inside the jewellery bag and accuses Berrak of betraying them. Berrak insists the phone is not hers. At that exact moment, Serhat arrives and attacks the traffickers. While Serhat fights them, Zeynep retrieves her phone and immediately contacts the police, reporting a human trafficking operation. Realizing the police are coming, the traffickers flee. Hayal and Ilkim run straight into their father's arms. Zeynep safely escorts the girls back to the car. Berrak desperately tries to follow them, but Serhat stops her. He reminds her that despite everything she had done, he once gave her a chance. He was willing to divorce peacefully, allow her visitation rights and let her continue seeing the girls. Berrak says she cannot live without her daughters. Serhat coldly replies that he wishes she would die. Berrak says she will agree to the divorce if the girls are allowed to stay with her on weekends. Serhat refuses and tells her he will reveal to the girls exactly what kind of person she truly is. Before leaving, he tells Berrak that her lover is lying in a coma in case she wishes to visit him.
Episode 26
Serhat finally tells Hayal and Ilkim that they have another sibling. He explains that he discovered everything on the very day they all went horse riding. Just then, Berrak arrives. Serhat orders her to leave. Ilkim asks her mum whether what their father said is true. Hayal asks whether they really have another sibling. Berrak admits that it is true as they will soon have another sibling because she is pregnant. Ilkim is stunned and asks whether it is true. Hayal also asks if they are really going to have another sibling.Berrak asks both girls to sit down. Serhat immediately tells Berrak to stop lying because her game is over. He explains that she is only saying she is pregnant to change the subject before finally revealing the truth.
He tells Hayal and Ilkim that Kader is their sister.The revelation leaves both girls speechless.Serhat explains that Kader is not Zeynep's younger sister as everyone believed as he only said that to protect them from the truth. He reveals that their mother gave Kader up for adoption shortly after she was born.Ilkim cannot understand how Kader could be their sister if she never grew up with them. Hayal suddenly remembers the anonymous letter she found earlier and the day she confronted her father at the hotel after discovering that her mother had cheated on him.Ilkim still struggles to understand what everyone is talking about. Hayal finally asks Serhat if it is true that their mother cheated on him, reminding him that she asked him many times before but he always denied it. Serhat admits that he lied because he wanted to protect them from the painful truth.
Berrak immediately asks Serhat why he is telling them now if he truly wanted to protect them.Serhat replies that she forced him to.Ilkim remembers the old photograph she once found showing Berrak pregnant. She suddenly realizes that Berrak had been carrying Kader in that photograph.She asks her mother what she has done.Berrak calls out to Ilkim and tries to hug her. Ilkim steps back and tells her not to come near her.Hearing all the shouting, Kader comes downstairs after hearing her mum's voice. Zeynep quickly follows her.Everyone turns to look at Kader.Ilkim asks whether Kader already knew the truth.Hayal remembers Kader saying that her mother had finally woken up in the hospital and suddenly realizes Kader knew everything from the beginning.Unable to process everything, Hayal and Ilkim walk away, saying they will never forgive their parents for hiding such a huge secret from them.Serhat immediately goes after his daughters.Left alone with Berrak, Zeynep is accused of finally getting what she wanted by destroying Berrak's family.Zeynep reminds Berrak that she destroyed her own family and is responsible not only for Hayal and Ilkim's pain but also for stealing Kader's entire childhood.Consumed by anger, Berrak curses the day she became pregnant with Kader.Zeynep furiously orders her to be quiet.Ignoring her, Berrak cruelly tells Kader that she never wanted to give birth to her and even begged the doctor to remove the baby from her womb. Zeynep tells Kader to go upstairs before grabbing Berrak by the throat.She warns Berrak that if she says one more word she will strangle her right there.After letting go, Berrak starts crying.Meanwhile, Serhat catches up with Hayal and Ilkim and begs them to listen.He explains that nothing about this situation has been easy for him. He admits he learned the truth on the day of the accident when Zeynep brought Kader into their lives.
At first, he wanted to protect them from the truth, but after discovering that Kader had been abandoned in a place where she was beaten, forced to work and constantly abused, he could no longer ignore what had happened. He explains that Zeynep personally saw the bruises on Kader's body and that is why she brought her into their home.
Serhat promises his daughters that they will get through everything together.He tells them he will divorce Berrak but if they still wish to see their mother he will never stop them.Ilkim replies that she never wants to see either their mum or him again.Hayal says she also cannot forgive him because he lied to them.Just then, Cihan and Azra arrive.Cihan asks Serhat what happened.Serhat replies that he has finally told the girls everything. Hayal is shocked to discover that her uncle also knew the truth. Azra is completely confused and asks what everyone is talking about.Cihan simply tells Azra it is nothing and asks her to go inside.He then admits to Hayal and Ilkim that he knew the truth as well and says their father has been suffering for a long time. Berrak desperately begs her daughters to listen to her, insisting they will eventually forgive her.Both girls firmly reply that they never will.Instead, they ask Cihan to take them away from the house.Cihan takes them to his car and drives away.Berrak then turns back to Serhat, saying they need to talk.Serhat refuses, saying there is nothing left to discuss because all the dirt is finally out in the open. He tells her that from now on only their lawyers will decide what happens next before ordering her to leave his house.
Outside, Sevim finds Berrak crying.She asks Azra whether she knows why Serhat and Berrak were arguing, but Azra says she has no idea.Sevim embraces Berrak and gently asks what happened. Berrak tells her that Serhat no longer loves her. Sevim refuses to believe it and insists Serhat must simply be angry.
Berrak explains that everything has changed and that Serhat even wants a divorce. Sevim immediately blames Zeynep, saying she warned Berrak from the beginning to send her away because she would eventually poison Serhat against her.
She comforts Berrak and tells her to stop crying because they will go inside together and fix everything. Azra calls Tülay to ask whether she managed to find the flash drive. Tülay says she could not properly search because Refika interrupted her. She tells Azra that Ebru is too clever to leave something that important lying around.Azra says it is already too late because Cihan has been released and will most likely recover the flash drive himself. She tells Tülay to return to their original plan by encouraging Ebru to grow even closer to Cihan.
Elsewhere, Kader hugs Zeynep tightly. Zeynep asks her not to take Berrak's cruel words seriously because she was not thinking clearly.Kader says she wishes she had never been born.Zeynep immediately tells her never to say such a thing because hearing those words breaks her heart.She reminds Kader how happy she is that they met and says that she has become both her little sister and her best friend. She tells Kader that she loves her very much. Kader replies that she wishes she were her real mother and the two embrace. Sevim confronts Serhat. She asks whether he truly wants to divorce Berrak.Serhat asks whether that shameless woman came crying to her. Sevim scolds him for speaking about his wife that way and reminds him how happy they used to be before the accident. She asks what changed.Serhat asks his mother not to pressure him.
Sevim replies that if she cannot pressure him then she knows exactly who she will pressure instead. She marches straight into Zeynep's room.
Calling Zeynep a snake, Sevim says she recognized from the very first day what kind of sly woman she was.Serhat asks his mother to stop. Sevim accuses Zeynep of manipulating her son and destroying their family. Zeynep calmly tells Sevim to leave her room.Sevim says she will never allow her to destroy her son's family. Serhat tells his mother that Zeynep did not destroy anything.He says he is going to explain the whole truth.
Ebru spots Cihan back at the hotel and hugs him out of excitement. She apologizes and says she simply became too happy when she saw him. She admits the hotel has been terribly boring without him and reassures him that the flash drive is still safe. Cihan thanks her and asks for it back.Ebru refuses, saying she wants to know what is actually on it first. Cihan asks whether she is serious.She says she is.Back at the mansion, Sevim accuses Serhat of destroying his family for a woman he has only known for a few days.Serhat insists that neither he nor Zeynep destroyed the family. Sevim says that ever since Zeynep arrived nothing but misfortune has followed.She even threatens to use her authority as his mother if necessary, insisting that Zeynep must leave the house and that he must reconcile with Berrak. Serhat firmly replies that he is getting a divorce. Sevim asks whether he intends to abandon his daughters the same way his own father abandoned him.
Serhat immediately says he would never abandon his children. Sevim desperately reminds him that Berrak is a beautiful, intelligent, loving wife and mother and asks what more he could possibly want.Serhat finally tells her the truth. He reveals that Berrak cheated on him. Sevim is left speechless.Serhat continues, telling her that Berrak had a child with another man before abandoning that child for adoption. He finally reveals that the abandoned child is Kader. Sevim is completely stunned. She remembers the very first time Kader kissed her hand and also recalls Zeynep once telling her she would be shocked when she discovered who Kader's real family was.Unable to comprehend it, Sevim asks Serhat how such a thing could possibly be true. Ebru asks Cihan why Azra is so desperate to recover the flash drive.She reminds him that Azra completely destroyed her family trying to get it.Cihan laughs and asks whether she really believes he needs to blackmail a woman just to keep her by his side.
Ebru admits she believed Azra after everything that happened. Cihan tells her that Azra enjoys playing the victim and manipulating people.When Ebru asks what is actually on the flash drive, Cihan lies and says it only contains confidential business documents that Azra wants in order to gain leverage over him. Satisfied with the explanation, Ebru says that is exactly what she expected. She offers to return the flash drive. Cihan instead tells her to keep it because it proves how much he trusts her.
Ebru happily thanks him for trusting her and promises to keep it safe.Back at the mansion, Sevim walks through the garden remembering Serhat's confession. Determined to confront Berrak, she storms inside. Azra is trying to comfort Berrak, telling her that arguments happen in every marriage and that she and Serhat are still a wonderful couple who will overcome this difficult period.Sevim silently walks over to Berrak. Berrak smiles and calls her "Mum." Instead of answering, Sevim slaps her across the face.Azra quickly tries to stop her. Sevim pushes Azra aside before telling Berrak that she loved her like a daughter and even more than her own son.She angrily asks how she could betray Serhat and calls her an immoral woman.Ignoring Berrak's cries, Sevim drags her by the arm and throws her out of the house. She tells Berrak never to call her "Mum" again because she no longer deserves it. Sevim asks Azra to hold her as she is feeling down. Berrak leaves crying.
Episode 28
Zeynep receives an unexpected call from Çiğdem Sayar, the deputy director of Altınışık College. Çiğdem tells her that they have reviewed her résumé and believe she is the perfect candidate for a position at their school. Zeynep insists there must be a misunderstanding because she never sent her résumé. The deputy director explains that the résumé was submitted and wants her to come in for an interview that very day. Sevim sees Hayal and İtoothbrushes in the bathroom and asks Cansu if they belong to the girls. After Cansu confirms they do, Sevim asks her to make her some coffee. Elsewhere, Aksel confronts Tibet about the revelation that Kader is his daughter. He asks his father has any other children he has forgotten about. Tibet replies that he raised Aksel alone and never had another serious relationship, so Kader will not affect his life. Aksel argues that she already has before walking away, leaving Tibet calling after him.Zeynep tells Serhat about the unexpected call from Altınışık College. She finds it strange because she never applied there. Serhat admits that he was the one who sent her résumé. Zeynep immediately objects, saying she does not want to get a job through connections. Serhat explains that he never asked anyone to hire her. He simply told the school that she was an excellent teacher. When Zeynep asks how he could possibly know that, Serhat says he has watched the way she interacts with Hayal and İlkim, noticed how passionate she is about books, and read her résumé himself. He believes she is more than qualified for the position. Although Zeynep appreciates his confidence in her, she insists he should have asked for her permission first. Serhat reminds her that she has always wanted to work in her profession and says this is now her opportunity. Zeynep refuses to compromise her pride, believing that earning a position through her own efforts is far more important.
Azra visits Tülay. Tülay tells her that she doesn't think that there is anything between Cihan and Ebru. She warns Azra that if she creates another jealous scene, she might end up pushing Ebru straight into Cihan's arms. Azra replies that she will pour the gasoline while she will light the match. Just then, Mustafa arrives carrying the wedding candles Azra had asked for. While Mustafa and Azra talk inside, Tülay secretly takes photographs of them together. She wishes they had been kissing because the pictures would have been even more useful. Zeynep attends the interview at Altınışık College. During the meeting, the deputy director explains that although Zeynep is a literature teacher, they would like to offer her the position of school psychologist because they believe she is the ideal candidate to help the students. Zeynep happily accepts the offer. After leaving the interview, she calls Serhat to thank him and tells him she got the job. Although she believes she was hired partly because of his recommendation, Serhat jokes that he never forgets those who owe him a favor. He tells her that once she receives her first salary, she should treat him to dinner. Zeynep says her salary will not be enough to take him out on his fancy restaurants so she will buy him bread and fish. Serhat agrees and congratulates her on her new job. At school, İlkim tells Hayal that she has no desire to go home after classes. Hayal agrees, suggesting they simply walk around the avenue for a while. Before they can leave, Aksel approaches them in front of the other students. He loudly announces that he has news about their mother and his father, implying there was a relationship between them. Furious, İlkim slaps him across the face. He asks Ilkim if she knows what she is getting to. Hayal immediately defends her sister and warns Aksel that they could have him arrested if he continues harassing them. Berrak arrives at the school. The girls immediately try to walk away, but she stops them and desperately begs for forgiveness, saying she will die of grief if they continue rejecting her. İlkim tells her she has disgraced them and asks how they could ever forgive her. Hayal reveals that Aksel humiliated them in front of the entire school because of what happened between Berrak and Tibet. Berrak insists she never wanted things to end this way. She claims she loved Hayal and İlkim so much that she could not love Kader because she chose them instead. When she tries to hug them, both girls step away.
Watching from a distance, Zeynep realizes what is happening. When Hayal and Ilkim leave and Berrak tries to go after them, Zeynep stops her and tells her that the entire school is watching and asks whether she wants Hayal and İlkim to become the laughing stock of everyone there. She orders Berrak to leave. Before walking away, Berrak blames Zeynep for ruining her life. She promises that once she discovers where she made her mistake, she will crush whatever caused it. Zeynep calmly tells her to keep looking. Tibet calls Zeynep and asks to meet her alone at the hospital to discuss Kader. Although Zeynep initially tells him to speak to Serhat instead, Tibet insists Serhat is too angry to have a civil conversation. Back at the hotel, Can tells Serhat that Berrak is downstairs waiting to see him. Serhat wants security to throw her out, but Can reminds him that she wants to discuss the divorce settlement. Serhat tells Berrak that despite everything she has done, he is still prepared to be generous. He offers her the Mayfair apartment in London along with a monthly financial allowance. Berrak refuses the offer. When Serhat asks what she wants instead, she says she only wants cash. She hands him a paper containing the amount she expects him to transfer into her account. Berrak claims she plans to disappear forever because her daughters no longer want to see her. Serhat refuses to let her disappear because if Hayal and İlkim ever forgive her, they deserve to know where their mother is. Berrak insists they will never forgive her because Serhat has turned them against her. Serhat reminds her that the girls have seen her true face for themselves. Before leaving, Berrak warns him that he will soon experience the same pain of losing a child that she believes he caused her to suffer. Sedef tells Berrak that Serhat no longer wants her staying at the hotel. Furious, Berrak accuses Sedef of betraying her by informing Serhat of her whereabouts. Sedef replies that she simply chose to stand with good people. Berrak promises to get her revenge, but Sedef says she no longer fears her because she now sees her as nothing more than pathetic and helpless. Sedef receives a phone call and walks toward the roadside to answer it. As Berrak gets into her car, she suddenly accelerates toward Sedef in an apparent attempt to run her over. At the last second, Can pulls Sedef out of the way and saves her life.
At the hospital, Zeynep meets Tibet alone. Tibet immediately asks why she did not bring Kader with her. Zeynep explains that because he ignored Kader for so long, she refused to let the little girl experience even more rejection. Tibet surprisingly agrees that she made the right decision. Zeynep criticizes both him and Berrak for abandoning Kader, asking what kind of people they are. Tibet announces that once he is discharged from the hospital, he intends to take custody of Kader and send her to boarding school. Zeynep cannot believe what she is hearing. Tibet then offers her a deal. If Zeynep agrees to move into his house and personally care for Kader, he will abandon his plan to send the girl away. Zeynep calls him a scoundrel and says it is no surprise that he and Berrak found each other. At the hotel Sedef thanks Can, who tells her to be careful because Berrak has completely lost control since Serhat threw her out of his life. Sedef replies that Berrak was always dangerous—she simply never had a reason to reveal her true face until now. At the hotel restaurant, Azra and Cihan have dinner together. Trying to clear the air, Cihan tells Azra once again that Ebru is not his girlfriend. He says she has repeated the accusation so many times that she might eventually convince him it is true. Azra brushes it off, saying it is fine. While they are talking, Cihan notices a cut on Azra's hand and asks what happened. Azra replies that it is nothing serious and that she cut herself while doing housework. Azra sees Ebru and calls her. She hopes that Azra is not about to create another scene.
Azra asks Ebru to pour them some water. After Ebru does so, Azra deliberately complains that the plates are stained and asks whether she cannot see such an obvious thing.
Ebru apologizes and says she did not notice. She immediately offers to replace the plates. Cihan realizes that the food is an excuse as she only came here to humiliate and belittle Ebru.She suddenly tells Ebru that she wants to apologize for what happened the other day. She says that for a brief moment she believed Cihan liked her, but now she realizes that such a thing is impossible. Cihan asks Azra what exactly she is doing.
Azra replies that she is simply reminding Ebru of their places. She points out that she is the woman sitting across from Cihan while Ebru is merely the waitress that is going to replace her fork. To make her point, Azra deliberately throws her fork onto the floor and orders Ebru to bring her another one. Looking directly at Ebru, Azra says Cihan has seen countless women like her before and would never even turn around to look at her. Hurt by the humiliation, Ebru tells Azra to look her in the eyes because she swears she has never looked at Cihan that way.
Before the situation escalates further, Cihan interrupts. He thanks Ebru and tells her someone else will take care of them. Cihan turns to Azra and asks what that performance was all about. Azra replies that she simply put Ebru in her place.
Cihan admits that he actually liked how jealous she was at first, but tells her to stop tormenting Ebru because she has done nothing wrong.
Zeynep tells Serhat that Berrak went to see Hayal and İlkim at school. Serhat is not surprised as he knew Berrak would eventually try something like that and immediately asks whether she embarrassed the girls. Zeynep sadly confirms that the confrontation happened in front of the entire school. She also tells him that before Berrak arrived, Tibet's son publicly announced that there had been something between his father and their mother, humiliating the girls even further.Serhat immediately says he wants to speak with Hayal and İlkim.Zeynep stops him as she understands that he wants to comfort his daughters, but believes it is still too soon because they are deeply hurt.She then tells Serhat there is something else she needs to confess.Before she can continue, she asks Kader if she would like to do some drawing.Kader happily says she wants to get her paints and leaves. Once Kader is gone, Zeynep tells him what happened with Tibet. Cihan sincerely apologizes to Ebru on Azra's behalf for the way she treated her and says she did not deserve to be embarrassed like that. Wanting to make it up to her, Cihan offers Ebru a complimentary stay at the hotel. Ebru misunderstands his offer. She assumes he is suggesting something inappropriate. Cihan tells her that she always misunderstands everything. He explains that he simply wants her to enjoy the hotel as an ordinary guest for one night. She can stay in one of the luxury rooms, enjoy the jacuzzi, order room service, get a massage, and experience all the privileges the wealthy guests enjoy.
Ebru is surprised and asks if he is serious.Cihan assures her that he is. He says she has always believed that rich people live perfect lives, so this is her chance to experience that lifestyle for herself. Serhat asks Zeynep why she met Tibet. Zeynep explains that she needed to know how Tibet truly felt about Kader. Serhat replies that there was no reason for her to go because he could have handled everything himself. Zeynep tells him she simply wanted to know whether Tibet cared about his daughter. Serhat says that Tibet never cared enough to think about Kader before, so there is no reason to believe he suddenly cares now. Zeynep tells him that Tibet said he would provide financial support for Kader. Serhat immediately rejects the idea.He says they do not need Tibet's filthy money because he will personally provide everything Kader needs. Then he asks Zeynep to contact Tülay and collect Kader's birth certificate because he wants to enroll her in school now that she has found a job. Zeynep thinks its a wonderful idea and thanks him sincerely. Although Serhat appreciates her gratitude, he reminds her that he is still angry she went to see Tibet without telling him. He asks her never to make such an important decision without informing him first.Zeynep immediately pushes back.She tells him she is not someone who has to report every move she makes and reminds him that she is free to make her own decisions.
Meanwhile, Hayal quietly eats a piece of cake at home now that her mother is gone. Ilkim tears up her swimming certificates and recommendation letters. Serhat tells them he heard everything that happened at school.He promises to speak with the principal personally the next day. Hayal says she never wants to return to that school again.Serhat understands and tells both girls not to give up on their education because he will find another school for them. Zeynep also encourages the sisters, reminding them that they should focus on their studies despite everything they are going through.Serhat tells them that whatever happened between him and their mum should never determine their future.He even says that if they ever want to see their mother again, he will never stop them.Both Hayal and İlkim firmly refuse as they do not want to see their mum. Refika tells Arif that Zeynep got a job at the same school Hayal and İlkim attend. Arif is genuinely pleased. He admits he had been worried that all the years Zeynep spent studying would go to waste.Their conversation is interrupted by noises coming from the garden.
When they step outside, they find Erkan secretly trying to get their roses. Erkan explains that today is his wedding anniversary with Tülay. Since he could not afford to buy flowers, he feared going home empty-handed because Tulay won't let him in.Refika gives him several beautiful roses instead.Refika receives a phone call from Ebru who explains that she will be staying overnight at the hotel because the receptionist scheduled for the night shift called in sick. After ending the call, Ebru settles into one of the luxurious hotel rooms.She phones room service and orders everything they still have left in the kitchen, asking for every available meal and drink to be sent to her room.
Once the call ends, she lies back comfortably on the large bed, enjoying—for the first time—the luxurious lifestyle she has only ever imagined.
