In what appears to be a leaked screenshot from a Mediawan Kids & Family press book shared by an X user by the name of Cade Carrizales, new details have surfaced on Astro Boy Reboot, most notably with a release date of Q3 2027 (note that a 2026 release year was rumored to be stated at the TFOU conference held in July 2025).
High-res images of the current Astro Boy Reboot logo and Astro (Atom) have surfaced as well.

• The series will be made entirely in 3D CGI.
• Directed by Nicolas Hess (known for being a director on Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir from 2019-2022. Please note that Thomas Astruc is no longer involved with Astro Boy Reboot.)
• Written by Louis-David Delahaye.
